We are based in Calgary, Alberta, and serve surrounding areas including Banff, Canmore, Edmonton, and across Western Canada. For destination weddings or corporate projects, travel arrangements can be made upon request.

Q2. Do you offer customized packages?

Yes. Every client’s needs are unique. We offer customizable packages for weddings, events, corporate shoots, and monthly brand retainers to ensure you get the coverage and deliverables that match your vision and budget.

Q3. How soon will we receive our photos and videos?

Turnaround time depends on the project: Photography: 2–4 weeks (depending on shoot size). Videography: 4–8 weeks for highlight films and full edits. Brand retainers: Ongoing delivery based on your monthly plan.

Q4. Do you provide raw files?

We typically deliver professionally edited images and videos only, to ensure consistent quality. Raw files may be provided at an additional fee, subject to prior agreement.

Q5. What happens if our event is cancelled or postponed?

Our cancellation and rescheduling policies are clearly outlined in the agreement. Deposits are non-refundable, but if your event is postponed, we do our best to accommodate new dates, subject to availability.

Q6. Do you cover both personal and business projects?

Yes. Singh Studio works with weddings, family events, and private celebrations as well as corporate clients, brands, and entrepreneurs. Whether you want a wedding film or consistent social media content for your business, we can help.

Q7. What equipment do you use?

We use professional 4K cameras, stabilizers, drones, lighting, and audio systems to deliver cinematic quality for both photography and videography. For live streaming, we use multi-camera setups with secure broadcasting systems.
